Simplify your debridement routine

1. Moisten
Moisten both sides of Debrisoft Duo before usage with saline or wound irrigation solution.

2. Adapt to needs
Start with either side of Debrisoft Duo, depending on the wound condition and switch as needed.

3. Debride
Applying gentle pressure, wipe the pad over the wound or the affected skin area for 2–4 minutes, until devitalised tissue and debris are removed.

4. Done
Dispose all Debrisoft products after use.
Designed for debridement of fibrinous slough and challenging wounds.

Intended use, Indications and Contraindications
Indented Purpose
The monofilament fibre pad is used to absorb exudate, debris and skin keratoses during the debridement of superficial wounds.
Contraindications
Known allergy and/or hypersensitivity to any of the product components.
Indications
Acute and chronic wounds and also for the skin surrounding the wound:
- Diabetic ulcers
- Arterial and venous ulcers
- Pressure ulcers
- Postoperative wounds healing by secondary intention
- Traumatic and surgical wounds (abrasions, incisions, lacerations)
- Burns and scalds (grade III: after surgical debridement)
- Bullous epidermolysis
Suitable for dry, parchment-like, oily, seborrhoeic or healthy skin and hyperkeratotic skin such as may occur, for example, in association with lymphoedema.
Debrisoft® Duo also achieves very good results on severely keratotic or necrotic surfaces when they have been previously treated with autolytic debridement.
